No account, no registration. Here is exactly what leaves your browser and where it goes.
Your camera video never leaves your browser. The page reads your face there and sends only numbers: the expressions and the turn of your head, about 30 times a second.
They go to the studio, a computer in the EU that draws Riya with them, over a LiveKit connection. They are kept with your take, to make your video.
The studio hears your microphone only during the mic check and the take. The rest of the time it is muted in the page.
What you say is turned into text by OpenAI; the director's live cards and the video's edit are written by AI models (DeepSeek, Anthropic's Claude) from that text.
In your video Riya speaks with her own voice: your voice is converted into it. Your own voice is never in the video.
The take (the recording of your voice, the face numbers, the transcript, the director's cards) and the finished video are stored on Cloudflare for 30 days, then deleted by themselves. The video is reachable by its link, which only you get; download it to keep it.
PostHog (EU) counts which screens and buttons are used, through this site, without your IP address and without cookies (an anonymous id in your browser). No screen recordings.
